Recommendations after teeth whitening:
Brush twice a day ( in the morning and in the evening) with a desensitizing toothpaste (which should contain fluorine and any toothpaste on the market bearing mark “sensitive”in its name ) for about 2 weeks. Afterwards, use a regular or whitening toothpaste. After the whitening , the teeth will continue to whiten for another 48 to 72 hours after treatment. Avoid drinking substances which color the teeth. Do not drink: coffee, tea, red wine, tomato juice, soya sauce, balsamic vinegar , forest fruit juice , sour cherry juice , etc. Do not smoke after the treatment. Drink liquids through a straw to avoid coloring. If you are sensitive, avoid acid food products for a few days after the bleaching treatment.
