Benefit from the advantages of the best natural ingredients for skin care:

Potatoes: raw potatoes are excellent for preparing a skin exfoliant. Mix equal parts of grated raw potatoes , green tea and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mix them well and apply the composition  on your face with the fingertips, using light circular movements. Leave the mask on for 10 minutes then rinse it thoroughly with warm water. This mask will give your skin glow.
Bananas: Crush a banana and spread it on your face. You can add 2 tablespoons of cream and 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix ingredients and apply the paste on the face. Leave on for 15 minutes, then rinse your face with warm water and apply a moisturizer.
For dry and damaged hair: put in a bowl half of avocado and half of a crushed banana. Mix them and apply on wet hair as a mask for 30 minutes.
Brown sugar: It is very useful for dry skin, it helping to remove dead cells. Place  in a pot one cup of brown sugar and olive oil. Mix well and. It is used to exfoliate the skin.

Oatmeal: it helps to maintain a youthful skin. Place in a bowl 1 tablespoon of oatmeal, 3 tablespoons of  yogurt and 1 tablespoon  of honey. Mix ingredients well and apply the mask on your face. Leave on for 5 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
Oatmeal and Honey Scrub: Mix 1 tablespoon of grinded oatmeal with honey, depending on desired consistency and apply on your face performing circular light movements with your fingertips. Leave on for 10-15 minutes then remove it with warm water.
Coffee Scrub: Mix 1 tablespoon of coffee , 1 tablespoon cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon of olive oil or almond oil. Apply on your face and then performing  circular light movements with your fingertips.  Let it on your face for 10-15 minutes, then remove it with warm water.

Recommendations for the application of these masks:

Apply regularly at least 1 time per week and avoid the eye area; apply them in the evening;if your skin is irritated or  sensible  you have to wait until it recovers.
