Why is nutrition important?
Our body is made up of living cells that are born, grow, die and are replaced with new ones constantly. Because in the modern society prevails overheated food, fried, with a high of substitutes and preservatives, and our body is bombarded daily by environmental pollutants, stress and improper eating habits, slowly, year by year, our bodies decay. Each replaced cell is not as the former, it no longer has vitality, it doesn’t detoxifies, it does not work well, the energy decreases and appear the diseases, symptoms of anxiety, insomnia, headaches, digestive disorders. What to do in these circumstances? Body cells have two systems: one for storage and one for release. At one time, it creates an imbalance between the storage system and the release. To adjust this situation we must provide the body with a balanced nutrition (vitamins, minerals, proteins, amino acids, etc.). Also, we need to ensure the quality of nutrients and how they are assimilated, so that each cell has the maximum nutritional benefit from being able to detoxify and regenerate. What is the ideal food for the cell? We provide a nutritionally balanced food for body using botanical richness and the conditions for this food to be absorbed at the cellular level. Besides plants are many foods that provide healthy nutrition for cells: fruits, vegetables, fresh dairy (not smoked, nonconserved and not subject to complicated processes), honey, cereals, juices, water, nuts etc. In other words, we try to increase the amount of raw foods and to cut foods specific to the modern era which make the body tired and also make it sick. If cells are not fed properly, you have no energy, health, vitality and you will not be able to maintain your ideal weight. A balanced combination of essential vitamins, minerals, enzymes, proteins, carbohydrates and unsaturated fats are the best foundation for proper cell nutrition and is the way to make a solid long-term good health.
Eat natural foods and with quality nutrients, pay attention to what you eat, drink plenty of water regularly and do a detox cure periodically!
